Small fine restaurant. We have felt very comfortable here. The food was excellent. Corona was taken very first.

We met Nietmann's by chance, hit the last table and were really impressed. Small, fine, authentic with a super creative kitchen, few but good wines and a warm service. Also the ambience with a love for detail. We'll be back, but to be on the safe side we will reserve.

"Kiss the hand" was a funny motto for us at first - after the first 2-3 bites at the latest, it was clear to us: the cook's hand has been kissed and we have to be careful not to lick our fingers afterwards. An unbelievably good kitchen. The steak was outstanding and everything was very tasty and cooked. If we weren't living a seven-hour drive away, it would probably be one of our new regular restaurants. Wow. Thank you for the great food and the loving service. It feels like the Nietmanns' living room.

Delicious eaten! The food is surprising and different from what you are used to in Germany. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. We were treated well and the service was cheerful! Highly recommended!

This place is an absolute gem. We booked a table to celebrate a birthday while staying in Füssen and they made everything perfect for us. The food was absolutely outstanding, with a very original menu, and the super friendly and personalized service is the cherry on the cake. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

I am just thrilled. I have never eaten such incredibly delicious dishes. All of them tasted excellent. The dessert was an absolute delicacy! We can only recommend the restaurant to everyone! The location is super lovingly furnished and Nietmanns are very friendly and competent. Anytime again when we are in the area!

The owner and cook do everything they can to make you comfortable. Appealing space. My steak was huge and highly aromatic, the grilled vegetables were also very tasty. Everything is very lovingly designed, intimate and personal. The high prices justified all round.

We celebrated our wedding in this beautiful restaurant and had a great time, very delicious food, great service, nice atmosphere, a wonderful day with our families at Nietmann's. See you soon.

Had a very homely experience and the host was attentive to our every need. A great place for a relaxing evening after the sightseeing. The food was satisfying and comforting! The Knödles were my favourite!

Very good place to have dinner. The food a little expensive but the quality is very worth it. The owner of the restaurant is very nice and helped us choose the type of beers and the food. It is a very quiet place, perfect for a dinner after a day visiting castles.

There are no view of/from the castle (like the photos shows). There are no wii fii. The food its no special.

We had two of the lunch options and both them were great! Lunch options were around 9 euros. Service was fantastic, we weren't sure if we would like the dish so they let us taste it before deciding!

The staff is very friendly too. I could not read the German menu, so I was wandering around and translating it into English. ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ The chef directly brought me the food. He was also very kind. He ate salmon dumplings and ham pasta. Salmon buns are amazing and delicious. I like the rosé sauce, but it's delicious!

Foods are not tasty enough.. But every item are quite overpriced.. But hosts are nice.. I didn't know the taglietella is with beef.. So they changed it by a soup.. But honestly the food are not tasty as it looks.. And not up to the mark according to the price..

Great spot in the heart of Fussen. The menu is diverse. There were Italian, Indian, and German options available when we went. My ravioli was very good. Service is great as well. They have a handful of German beers and a few wine by the glass options. It's a small place but we walked in with 4 people and no reservations at around 19:30. I would go back here if I come back to Fussen.

fantastic food at low price. warm welcome. wide seletion of drink. everything is perfect. we went to this place in December 2017. the restaurant did not offer many menu because of christmas market but everything on the menu was wonderful!!

Excellent restaurant. Chef came out and recommended a few dishes that he was especially proud of. Both my wife and I picked a different dish, and the food was excellent. Very personalized service, and I would definitely go to this restaurant again.
